ATX power supply doesn't shut down Automaticaly on WinXP

      20th Dec 2003
WinXP under shutdown shows a screen saying it is safe to
swith off your computer.
It does not swith off by it's self,but uner Win2000 &
Win98 this problem does not happen it shuts down the ATX
power automaticaly.

If anyone knows the answer please let me know.

Is Power Management enabled in BIOS?
Is APM enabled in Power Options control panel?
