I keep getting a message on my gateway computer (windows
XP home) that says "Attribute seek error rate changes
from 200-100. What does this mean and how do i fix it.

Hello Janice,

You probably have a program running on your machine that is monitoring your
disk drive's health. To learn more about the messages, the site below
