Attendence requests have wrong time for meeting.

Several people in my office are having problems when we recieve meeting
requests from our boss. When our boss sends out a request it states one time
in the "When" line, but when we recieve it in our inboxes the time is always
changed to one hour later. Is there some setting wrong on our computers or
something else?

Ensure your Windows and Outlook time settings match between your users and
the boss's machine, especially the Daylight Savings Time settings.
