Attempting to print a hard copy address book from OUTLOOK CONTACTS

This is unacceptable.
You can not select pages to print or repint.
When I try to print the entire file -
it shows more pages in the print queue than there actually
are there and quits printing before it completes the job.
Very frustrating !
Any suggestions ?
