Is your colleague using Outlook's default Rich Text Format? Have him change
to plain text or HTML to see if that resolves the problem.
Rich Text format is specific to Outlook so non-Outlook clients (this
includes Outlook Express) may not be able to read it correctly. This means
attachments may even be stripped out.
