Hello,

When I try an send attacments in office 2003 ( exchange 2007 envierment) I
select send to mail recipient in excel or in adobe reader I select attach to
email and it pulls a outlook new email window, the problem occurs when I let
the email sit to long with out editing it I recieve an error (The operation
failed due to network or other communication problems. Check your connections
and try again.").
Is there a reg key that I can to create that will not timeout the new email?

Thanks,

You can't change the timeout on exchange accounts.

Are the attachments local or on a network drive? does it happen with all new
mail that sites or just those with attachments? Are you autosaving drafts?
if not, does it work correctly if you hit save soon after opening the
message?

Diane,
It only happens when you open a file and send it as a mail attachment, other
wise outlook works fine, so if I just open a new messege can leave it
untouched for hours and it never errors out.

Thanks,
Frank
