Hi, I need some help. I can not open attachments in my
incoming e-mail. The PC says it's turned off for
protection, but I know the attachments are OK. How do I
fix this? Thanks for your help, Matt

Assuming Outlook Express is your e-mail client, go to Tools, select Options,
go to the Security tab, remove the check from "Do not allow attachments to
be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" and click apply and
ok.

NOTE: you should always first save attachments and scan for viruses before
opening. Most viruses received from friends and people we know.
