This issue only affects one user.
When printing attachments from Outlook 2003 and selecting a print tray from
print properties, the job will go to the incorrect tray.
So if I select print tray 1 the job will go to print tray 2 which is a
letterhead tray.
The default settings in the print driver on the print server are default to
tray one and the client reflects this.
I have:
reinstalled drivers
uninstalled outlook 2003
installed outlook 2007
Printing from any other Office product doesnt cause this problem. And as I
said no other Outlook user has a problem printing attachments to this
printer. If the user prints to any other printer it's ok.
Any ideas?
