Hi All,

I need proof that I received an email that contained an attachment.
However, when selecting the received email, going to View and Options, there
is no mention to any attachments in the Internet Header window (but when
opening the received email, it shows the attachment, and also File ->
Properties shows that there is an attachment).

Any ideas on how to print a fill detailed report of a received email that
includes attachments?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards, JS

Copy the header information from the View options and paste it into the body
of the opened message. Print the entire message with the attachment showing.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, John Svendsen asked:

Hi Milly, thanks a million for your help

Maybe I've done simething wrong.. I've already tried to Forward the email
(so I could add text to it - I cannot add text to a simply opened email,
right?) adding the header, but when I print the email (File -> Print ) no
attachement data is shown.

Again, I really appreciate your help.

Where is the attachment shown in the original email? Under the subject? At
the bottom? In the email body?

You can easily add text to the body without forwarding it. Simply open it,
go to Edit->Edit Message, add the header information you copied, and then
print.
