Many of my users are complaining they cannot see attachments to Outlook
e-mail they are composing yet the e-mail are visible to recipients. The
format is HTML.

Anybody know why?

Thanks,
Tom

There can be multiple reasons for this, but one common cause if scanning
incoming mail with an antivirus scanner. The scanner can disrupt the data
stream, preventing Outlook from properly decoding the message. You can test
this by uninstalling the AV program, if possible, and reinstalling it without
the mail scanning feature.
