Hello,

I am using Outlook 2007 with Agnitum Internet Security (latest) with email
scanning set to INCOMING only. Windows 7.

I am sending very small attachments to various people (including myself as a
test) and they do not appear. In the SENT folder, the email appears with the
clip and all attachments can be opened.

Attachments include pdf, jpeg and excel files.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I have not changed any default
values in Outlook and everything was fine using Vista (SP2).

Thanks in advance for your solution / help!

Rob.

There is no reason to scan messages and many reasons not to.

How do you know the problem is not on the recipient's end? Are you absolutely
100% sure that there's no way the mail scanning feature you have installed
could be interfering. Many times, just having the feature installed is enough
to screw up the exchange of data between the client and the server.

Just by having the emails scanning option (even set to incoming only) will mess up
as it did as you posted .Uninstall your AV and then re-install it without ANY email
scanning. That should solve your issue.
