Hi Guys
I have recently upgraded a users PC from Outlook 2000 to 2003. Since the
upgrade he has 2 problems that I cant resolve
1. He can not see any public folders down the left hand side of screen only
the folders that he has created.
2. When he edits a document in a email and then saves it, when he sends it
the attachments doesnt attach it disappears and the receipent will just
receive the document name in text format << example ?>>
Any suggestions anyone this is a pain in the backside!!

Thanks
Karen

Hi will get him to hit crtl+6 and see if that sorts the PF problem - thanks !!

He's using rich text format and he's not attaching the documents he is just
editing the document that the sender sent him then saving it in the email and
forwarding it. (hope that makes sense)
