Attachments in forwarded messages

I am using OUtlook 2003. When I receive a forwarded message from someone,
the attachment that was in the original message is not there. Any idea how
to turn this feature on so that when I get an e-mail saying "what do you
think of this document", it will actually be there.

I'm having the same problem with Outlook 2003 and Vista. I can tell it's a
forwarded message and it says there is an attachment, but there is nothing
there. I never had this problem with XP.

Anybody have a solution?
