I have Outlook 2003 and Windows XP servicepack 3

Recently, at several occasions with two different recievers, the attachment
I have added do not arrive.
It does not occour every time, with the first user it has happened about 4
out of 5 times.
Today, with the second receiver opening her webmail (www.b-one.se), one can
see the paperclip next to my message (indicating attachments) but when
opening the email there are no attachments.
Any help or tip is welcome as I am working with legally set timelimits for
the translations sent as attachments.
The attachments sent are Word, Excel and Pdf files.

Do you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook? Disable this
integration and try again.

Are you sending in Rich Text format? Only another Outlook user can see
attachments with that format.
