Very puzzled emails are being sent from Orbis Task Centre with a .pdf
attachment. When the email arrives in outlook 2003 or a brief second you can
see the attachment and then it disappears. If you forward the email the
attachment appear, if you do a save as the attachment appears and if you set
a usage flag the attachment appears.

Mime Content Type multipart/Related

Can someone enlighten me?

Is there a local virus scanner involved here integrating with Outlook?
Disable this integration and try again.
