Attachments cannot be sent

We run Exchange 2003 servers and the desktops Outlook 2003. I have an user
that is struggling to send attachments. Most days she can send attachments
under 10mb with no problem, other days Outlook loses connection with the
exchange server as soon as she tries to send an attachment. I rebuilt her pc,
changed her network cables, and port on the switch. Can someone please help?
