My Outlook 2003 account is automatically adding a "skin" to all outgoing
messages. I have another account from another non-MSN account and it doesn't
add anything, even from the same Outlook program. What is going on?

Sounds like you have a signature configured which somehow added such an
attachment. This happens more often when you created the signature in Word
and have addins in Word installed.
