OL 2002 SP3 Attachment is a .doc

User receives a form document from numerous co-workers. Several specific
individuals send "adjornment.doc." He gets an error when he tries to open
it, ""Can't create the file, adjournment.doc. Right click the folder you
want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to
check your Permissions for the folder."

I tried renaming the document and using File | Save Attachment and it will
do nothing. He was using Word as email editor which I turned off, but that
made no difference. Anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate any you have.
Thanks!

We tried the registry hack. The folder name didn't exist in the indicated
folder. We created that folder name and the attachments still will not open.

Is it possible that the three individuals sending these documents have
corrupted documents???
