I have a user sending email with Word attachment to others and it shows up as
a word doc attachment but when open it come up blank. Going to the Sent
Folder, open the word attachment there also show up blank. Does anyone came
across this issue? Thanks advance for any assistance.

I have also seen this, I cannot figure out how to resolve it.

A work around is right clicking on the document and choosing preview. That
opens the document in the Outlook to view, but otherwise they're having to
save the document to a file to view it for me as well. I tried clearning the
cache but that did not resolve issue.
