When I receive email with MS Word or Excel attachments in Outlook 2003, I
cannot open the attachment directly from the email. When I double-click on
the attachment, I get an Attachment Security Warning window that prompts me
to save the file to disk or cancel (no Open option).

Did someone try to disable attachment security and screw it up by adding
these formats to the registry?

the level1remove key.
