This only seems to be a pdf problem. I am having the same problem. new Dell
with xp pro and outlook 07. I send in HTML. I can send 1 email to 3
different people and the
one person got the attachment as a winmail.dat the next person got nothing
and the 3rd got it with no problem. If the 3rd forwards it to the one that
got nothing originally from me she gets it just fine. if I send the same
file as a zip file to the one who got the winmail.dat he can unzip it and get
the pdf. If I email an xl file to the one who gets no pdf from me she does
get the xl file. I spent an hour with my isp and they are baffled.

Your mail format is Rich Text and you are sending email to non-Outlook
users. (Only Outlook can read Rich text mail). Change your mail format to
either Plain text or HTML....
