Attachment options in Outlook 2007

's Computer Specifications

In outlook 2003 I always used the 'Attachment options' button in the 'new
message' window to downsize my digital photos.
I can't find this option in outlook 2007.
Please advise.

Insert your file and on the Insert section press the little arrow on the
right lower corner to open the Attachment Options pane.
