Attachment opening after opening?

's Computer Specifications

When I open a attachment in Microsoft Outlook it does not open. My media
player opens up. How do I click the attachment and just make it open at the
site of the email? Please help. Thanks..

What sort of attachment is it? Is the media player trying to open/play the
