Attachment note not showing

's Computer Specifications

When one of my users prints an email from her SentItems folder that she had
an attachment on, the printout does not include the line that says
"Attachments: ..." with the name of the attachment. What would cause this not
to show up on a printout?

Outlook version? Message format?
