When an attachment is sent using Outlook 2007 Version 12.0.6316.5000 it
disappears. The recipient never receives it. I have tried Excel files, pdf
files, and zip files. Outlook is set up as html. If Outlook Express is used
from the same machine the attachment is received by the other person. Any
suggestions?

Does it work if you use plain text? Does it happen to everyone or just some
people? If just some, verify their email address is configured to let
outlook decide the format, not RTF. (Double click on the address in their
contact to view the properties.)

Are you using any plugins for Outlook? I recently had a similar problem
caused by a dated version of Titus.
