All of our incoming emails are showing the attachment icon even if there are
no attachments. How do we correct this?

Version of Outlook? Are you scanning email with a virus scanner? Is there an
image in the signature?

Are you sure there's no attachment? Sometimes even stationery will show the
attachment icon.
