When I print out the email in sent box, the attachment icon not show up in
the print out. How can I solve this problem and confirm every email with
attachment can have a "attachment icon" show up in the print out. I'm now
using Outlook2k3.

It works in Outlook 2003 for me. Try changing the format of the mesage to
Plain Text prior to printing.
