Hi,

I have a problem with an outlook 2002 SP3 client. When they print HTML
emails that have attachments the attachment icon does not show up in the
print out. According to this KB
http://support.microsoft.com/default...&Product=out2K
(which specifies Outlook 2003 but mentions outlook 2002 in the applies to
section) this should be resolved however having applied the latest SP it
does not appear to be. The attachment icon is required for audit trail
purposes.
Has anyone experienced something like this before? Any tips on trying to get
it working?

The article states that it was first fixed in Outlook 2003 SP1. There is no
fix for any previous version of Outlook, only a workaround.
