Attachment filenames in reply/fwd emails?

What are the settings in Outlook 2003 to make filenames of email attachments
automatically "embed" at the bottom of the text when replying? I've seen
this in some emails where, at the bottom of the Reply (and sometimes FWD)
email text, the filenames of all attachments are strung together in this
format:

<<filename.doc>>

Is this feature/option available in Outlook 2003, or only on other
iterations? Tks and any help greatly appreciated - Scrapper
