For the emails I receive or sent out, I used to have the attachments shown as
a file name below the 'Subject' line when i print them out. After I formatted
the drive and restalled my outlook 2000, the attachments are shown as icons
at the bottom or somewhere in the body of the email. How do I get the print
format to show as a file name below the 'Subject' line

Thanks!

In the body means the message is RTF formatted.
What is the message format of the other message?
Do you have all updates installed for Outlook 2000?
