Attachment to Email is Stalling Outlook

's Computer Specifications

How do you eliminate an email that is "hung-up" in Send and Receive because
the file attached is grossly large? Is there some way to just flush is from
the system?

Try stopping it from sending first. Then go Offline and go to the message in the folder and delete it.
