Attachment e-mailed from Form

Is it possible to use a FrontPage form to collect an attachment from the
person who submits the form, and then e-mail the data in the form and the
attachment to a recipient as an e-mail attachment? The File Upload form
field seems to just put the attachment in a designated folder. Thanks.

I don't think the fp form will pass an attachment over email.
I've seen two examples of how to do this and will put them below, but I'd
like to ask you a question first.

you say the file upload form field gets saved in a folder, is there a
reference to it on the email form results? something like a hyperlink or
some indication that a file was uploaded?
