I don't think the fp form will pass an attachment over email.
I've seen two examples of how to do this and will put them below, but I'd
like to ask you a question first.
you say the file upload form field gets saved in a folder, is there a
reference to it on the email form results? something like a hyperlink or
some indication that a file was uploaded?
