Hi

We have a few copies of office 2003 here and all except one will print the
attachment details (ie file names) on the printout (ie when you simply print
an email in memo format)

I've searched high and low for an option or tickbox but I cant figure out
how to get it to work.......................HELP!!!

Thanks

Check the default format, for example HTML vs Rich Text.

Try opening Outlook with a switch to see if that alters the behaviour:

Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanviews (restores default views in case the
user has made any changes that they've forgotten about or didn't realize they
changed)

or

Start > Run > outlook.exe /firstrun (starts Outlook as though it was the
first time run)
