My company use BSDI-Unix as email server. All users use Outlook 2007 SP1 to
retrieve email through Imap4 protocol. My users fact the problem that the
email attachment will crash sometimes. If the user use webmail client to
access same email attachment that work perfectly. I tried to get the same
email again by use another PC and use Outlook 2007. It's no problem but
another email attachment has crash. I tried to uninstalled antivirus s/w but
it doesn't help on it.

It's has 2 case I found;

1. The corrupt attachment size is smaller than original.
2. Some email has 4 attachment but just get 3 only. (2 work and 1 is corrupt)

The PC install, Windows XP Pro SP2 or SP3, Outlook 2007 SP1, Adobe reader
8.12, and removed trend micro antivirus. Windows and office is performed
update to latest.

I suspected the problem may caused on data retrieving get problem and
Outlook did not show any error at all.

Do anyone encounter this problem?

How can I debug on Imap4 in Outlook?

Thanks.
