Hello,
We are using Wİndows 2000 Terminal service, and Microsoft Office 2003. Some
users are using outlook 2003, the others outlook express version 6.
A user sent email with attachment by using outllook 2003 to multiple users
who uses outlook express or outlook 2003. All users receive mail. They can
read message. But some users can not get attached files. "Do not allow
attachmnts to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is
unticked

Actually I would bet on the Outlook 2003 clients being the ones
to get this message. Try looking here for your solution:

If the attachments are "winmail.dat" then:

Are ALL emails coming in with the winmail.dat or is it only when
it is from some particular domain? The following articles may
have an answer for you.

Then again I refer you to the SlipStick Site for information about
Attachment security and how to configure the client to show them.
The article says "exe" but it covers far more.
