If I try and send a message with an Attachment using MS Outlook it removes
the file from some of the Contacts about 90% of them. If I use another
programs e.g: Outlook express or IncreadeMail all Attachments seem to be
delivered to all contacts not just some. How can I fix this problem. I'm
using Ms Office 2003 small business on a WinXP system.
All HELP WILL BE GREATFULL
Thank you. Rob

Verify that you are sending in HTML or Plain Text format and not in Rich
Text.

If you're using Microsoft Outlook and use the default format of Rich Text,
this format is specific to Outlook. This means only other Outlook clients can
properly read it. Non-Outlook clients may not read it properly and
attachments may even be stripped out. Change your format to Plain Text or
HTML and see if this resolves your problem.

Thank you for your responce.
I have checked my settings and everything is fine.
It does not matter what type of arrachment it is. It could be a wma, jpg or
a pps file it still removes the file.
Thanks again

So have you changed your mail format?

Does your Sent Items folder show the attachment sent? Is the attachment
removed at their end? Do they have attachment filtering in place? Many places
of business do. Do they have antivirus or some sort of security program that
removes the attachments? Do Word and Excel files remain attached?
