I have composed an email that attaches 8 separate jpg photos but when I click
Send, my system seems to be timing out on me or ??? This is the error message
I receive:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Subject "Blah Blah Blah, Account: 'My email address', Server: 'My
email address', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Exceeded allowable
connection time, disconnecting.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
421, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
I tried splitting up the message and sending only two attachments but got
the same error message. Help please.

It is not WM that prevents you, it is your ISP who has the size limit, check
with them for that info.

Emailing adds about a third to the size of the files.

Send them one at a time?

or

Break them apart using your account settings:
tools>accounts>properties>advanced, set the size to 500 KB should get them
through?

The recipient would then use Combine and Decode, with all parts of the
broken message selected, on
the message menu. Then they open the resultant attachment.

Try this by sending some to yourself.

HTH?

Make sure your antivirus is not configured to scan emails.
