Hello, can anyone offer assistance? I have a problem. When
attaching a new disk drive, I experience the following
symptom, I can see the drive on my computer, however when
you double click for properties, you get an error code"
D:\ is not accessible" and "the device is not connected"

is it partitioned and formatted?

>Sorry for the late reply, yes it is. I suspect some type
of permissions? but I am not sure. The system sees it as
drive D:\ but will not show any info such as size etc..
