Hi everyone!

I need to know how to automatically reply to an incoming email (1) with a
key word (ex: widget) in the subject and (2) with specific words in the
senders email (ex: comcast.net) and--this is the key point--(3) attach a file
from my local PC to the outgoing reply.

I plan to use this if people send me an email with, for example, the words
"send quote" or "send widgets" in the subject. Then, I send them a specific
file automatically.

I checked the help for "action" and "reply" but came up empty handed.

Thanks for your help.

Kirk

I don't believe there is a way to do this without an add-in. Luckily, add-ins
exist. Check out
http://followup-mailer-autoresponder...lienpicks.com/.
This is the only solution to my knowledge that will operate from within the
Outlook interface.

Thanks.

I'll give it a try.
