I've created a dynamic web template using frontpage 2003 but I can not
attaching it to any web page. The "attach dynamic web template..." button is
grayed out in the menu. Anyone know why?

Do you have a FP Web/Site open (required), not just a page opened

Do you have a website open, or are you just editing a loose page?

Or, are you trying to use the attach command with the DWT as the active
document - the page the DWT is to be attached to must be the page being
edited.
