attaching documents or pictures

I just downloaded the Windows XP Service Pack 2. I wanted to attach a
document/picture to send with my email and it wouldn't let me. Never had
this problem before I did the upgrade. Is there anything I can do?

What do you mean by "wouldn't let me"? What happens if you try? Do you
get an error message? What version of Outlook? What message type?
