We have a tech support form on our company web site that people can fill out
and submit online for support.
I would like to have a field on the form that allows people to attach a
document or screen shot of an error to the form before they submit it.
I imagine the results I get emailed would just have the attachment included
but I am not exactly sure how this works.
I have seen it done on other tech support forms.

Can anyone tell me how I can add that field?

This is not possible when using the FP Form Handler. You would need to check with your web host to
determine how best to accomplish this.
