attachement and access

How can I connect outlook-mail with attachments to MSAccess?

Our secratry should be able "drag and drop" a qoutation request to Access.
From within MSAccess I then (in fact every one on the network) should be
able to view the mail and the attachments (without any connection to the
original PC on wich the mail was received).

Can somebody help ?
