Using XP sp2, outlook 2003, I attach a jpg picture in an email, then open it
to check correctness, etc. but a Text Converter option opens. Some parameter
has changed somewher because it used to open the picture.

What happens if you save the file to your desktop and double-click it? Do
you get the same result?

If so, you need to reset the file association. Right-click the copy you
just saved to your desktop, select Open With, choose the program you want JPG
files to open with and make sure you tick the box to Always use the selected
program to open this kind of file.

THANK YOU so much for your help, I think I looked at every parmeter except
that one.
