Attached files with the same name

We have customers that recieve attached files daily with the same name, i.e.
file1.rtf repeatedly for 365 days a year. After so many of these files have
been opened they stop opening causing our team members to go through the
local pc and clean them out. They are located deep within the Documents and
Settings hidden folders. Is there an easy way to automatically clean these
out?

As they are always in the same folder, and the folder location can be
retrieved from the registry; script it and have it run on logon.

As an alternative you can use OutlookTools (free);
