received mail are change to the format "ATTxxxxx.xxx". Why happens this?
Thank you.

For some reason your Outlook isn't recognizing the TNEF (Transport-Neutral
Encapsulation Format) portion of the incoming message. This indicates, to
me at least, that something may be interfering or changing the message
somewhat on the way in so that Outlook is failing to interpret the headers
correctly. What type of account are you using? If you are scanning
incoming mail with an antivirus program, disable that program and have the
sender of the original message send another to see if that makes a
difference. DIsable any add-ins you might have. Start Outlook in safe mode
and see if that makes a difference.

Write back and let us know what you find.

Thank you Brian.
The problem happens when the program that sends is thunderbird 1.5.

This implies to me that if a client other than Thunderbird is used, that
Outlook has no problem with the incoming mail. If that's true, I'd search
in the Thunderbird forums.
