I create a dynamic web template in frontpage 2003, save it as .dwt and create
an editable region, but when i open an html page the Format-> Dynamic Web
Template -> Attach Dynamic Web Template is Disabled. is there another
requirement to Attach a DWT

Yes i have both open the DWT and the web file to attach the DWT with. and
still
the Attach dynamic web template option is disabled.
