I have code which works to send an e-mail and can attach say a word file.
However Lotus Notes does not let me append a shortcut to the database?
I am trying to send an e-mail to the user so they can click on the link and
open the dabase for a specific record.

Any ideas how I can do this?

Sorry if I didn't explain myself very well, I did this in a bit of a rush.
Actually English is not my first language and that wasn't a nice way of
answering. Let's try again.

I have a function in my database which automatically e-mails the user via
Lotus Notes when a particular event happens. What I would like to do is add a
shortcut to one of the database forms, which would be attached to the e-mail,
so that the user can just click on the shortcut to open the database directly
with this form and record. I am successful when I try to attached a word
document for example, but when I try to attach the shortcut, nothing is
attach to the e-mail.

Is there a way to do this? I should add that I am not expert on VBA.
Thanks.
