When trying to attach a file to a new or forwarded email, the process becomes
non reponsive, then times out. Error msg. is that Outlook has encountered
problems and has to close. It closes and restarts Outlook regularly (Not in
SAFE MODE).
We've rebooted the system (XP SP2), with new install of Office 2007
Enterprise over Office 2003, but that doesn't seem to help.

Do you have mapped drives?
