Exactly the same way OL 2003 does it. Drag the message you want to attach
to the new message you're composing.

Oh, I see. I've never did drag/drop. I always click the paper clip and
clicked on 'item' to get the email; which you can't do in OL2002 - which is
why I asked the question.
